Risk Analyst
The Analyst role within our organisation is primarily for junior staff. Depending on the level of experience and the performance of the individual, it is expected that the individual will be in such a position for a period of one to two years before moving to a more senior role.
During this period, a great emphasis is put on developing the skills and the talent of the individual. Autonomy and ownership of projects will be key qualities to be demonstrated by the Analyst. He/She will be expected to deliver several projects and conduct research on various topics related to the practice areas and share this expertise with his/her colleagues. Nearly 40% of the individual’s time will be allocated to development and research (including training, conferences...).
